By accessing vrishihypno.com and booking sessions with VRishi Immersive Hypnotherapy, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

VRishi Immersive Hypnotherapy provides clinical hypnotherapy services pursuant to California Business & Professions Code Section 2908. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological treatment. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

2. Appointments

Clients are requested to provide at least 24-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A signed disclosure form is required prior to any session per CA B&P Code 2053.6.

3. Limitation of Liability

VRishi Immersive Hypnotherapy is not liable for outcomes resulting from hypnotherapy sessions. All services are provided in good faith consistent with current hypnotherapy training and standards.
